Every invoice your billing software issues gets a QR code — payment link, document download, or order status — generated through our API at issue time. No manual steps, no exports.

Verifiable employee badges

Each badge carries a QR code linking to a live status page: valid, suspended, or expired. The page shows an opaque ID and status only — no personal data leaves your systems, and IDs are non-guessable by design.

Asset & equipment labels

QR labels for equipment, tools, and inventory that link to maintenance logs, manuals, or check-out flows — integrated with the systems you already track assets in.

Privacy by design

For badge and certificate verification, our platform stores only opaque, non-guessable identifiers and their status. The mapping to actual people stays in your systems — you remain the data controller, we act as a processor with a standard Data Processing Agreement.
