Every Piece of Equipment, One Scan from Its Record
The information about a machine is never where the machine is. The purchase date is in a spreadsheet, the manual is in a drawer, the service history is in someone's email, and the person standing in front of it at 7 AM has none of them.
A QR label puts all of it one scan away. Stick a code on each asset, point it at that asset's record, and the answer is on the phone of whoever is actually there.

Why It Works
Information at the machine
Model, serial, purchase date, warranty, manual and service history — read where the work happens, not back at a desk.
Labelled in bulk
Generate hundreds of codes from a spreadsheet in one go, rather than one at a time for a whole warehouse.
Survives a system change
Dynamic codes let you move from a spreadsheet to a proper asset system without relabelling anything.
Onboarding gets easier
A new technician does not need to know your numbering scheme; the label takes them straight to the right record.
How to Set It Up
- 1
Give each asset a stable identifier and a page or spreadsheet row that can be opened by link.
- 2
Export a CSV with one row per asset and its URL, then use bulk generation to produce all the codes at once.
- 3
Print on durable labels — laminated, polyester, or engraved for harsh environments. Paper on a workshop machine lasts weeks.
- 4
Put the asset number in readable text next to the code, so the label still works when the surface is scratched or greasy.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you store the asset data?
No. We generate the codes and count scans; the asset records stay in your own system — a spreadsheet, a CMMS, or an internal page. That is deliberate: your asset data should not depend on us being around.
What if the same asset moves between sites?
The label travels with the asset and keeps pointing at the same record, which is the main advantage over location-based labelling. Update the location in your system, not on the sticker.
What size label should I use?
For codes scanned from arm's length, 2.5×2.5 cm is comfortable. Go larger on equipment scanned from a distance or in poor light, and always leave a clear white margin around the code.

Make Your Certificates Checkable
Let employers check a certificate in seconds with a QR code linking to your verification page — and understand exactly what the code can and cannot prove.
Retire the Clipboard on the Machine
Replace the clipboard on the wall with a QR code. Technicians scan, log the work on their phone, and the history is searchable instead of stuck in a binder.
