Let the Parcel Answer the Questions
Every parcel generates the same few questions: where is it, how do I send it back, and how do I order this again. Each one currently costs you an email, a search, or a phone call.
A QR code on the label or on the packing slip answers them at the point where the customer is already holding the box.

Why It Works
Fewer "where is my order" emails
A tracking code on the packing slip is faster than finding your confirmation email from three weeks ago.
Returns that go right
A code opening your returns flow means fewer parcels arriving back with no paperwork and no explanation.
Reorders made easy
For consumables, a code straight to reordering turns the packaging into a sales channel.
Care instructions in the box
Assembly, washing, warranty — link them instead of printing multilingual leaflets nobody unfolds.
How to Set It Up
- 1
Decide which single job matters most for your parcels: tracking, returns, or reordering.
- 2
Generate the code above; for a code per order, generate them from your order system via the API or in bulk from a CSV.
- 3
Print at 2×2 cm or larger on the packing slip rather than the shipping label — carriers cover labels with their own stickers.
- 4
Label it clearly, and keep an order number in readable text as a fallback for a damaged or wet code.
Frequently Asked Questions
Should the code go on the shipping label itself?
Usually not. Carriers add their own labels, tape and handling marks, and yours is the one that ends up covered or torn. The packing slip or an insert inside the box survives far better.
Do you handle tracking or returns?
No. We generate the codes; tracking and returns live with your carrier and your shop platform. The code takes the customer to whichever of those pages you choose.
Can each parcel have its own code?
Yes — generate one per order from your system through the API, or in bulk from a CSV. That way the code opens that specific order rather than a generic tracking form.
